Energy saving and environmental protection in the production of spring steel wire
The surface treatment in the production of spring steel wire mainly involves removing the oxide skin on the surface of the wire or semi-finished steel wire, and adding a coating to facilitate the introduction of lubricants in the subsequent process of drawing. Common surface treatments include large pool pickling, phosphating, and other processes. Due to the heating required for the whole coil treatment, large pool opening, pickling, and phosphating processes, surface treatment is neither energy-saving nor environmentally friendly, and product quality control is inconvenient. Its transformation space is huge. Currently, there are several surface treatment processes that can be used for reference:
(1) Mechanical shelling+online continuous chemical acid washing or ultrasonic cleaning+boron coating online treatment. This process technology is mature and has been widely used in products such as steel cord, cutting steel wire, tire bead steel wire, and high-pressure hose steel wire. It has high production efficiency, stable product quality, less acid consumption, and relative energy savings and consumption reduction;
(2) Shot peening treatment+electrolytic phosphating, also occasionally applied, is also a good production process for spring steel wires with high surface treatment requirements. High speed iron shot has great benefits in improving the surface quality of the wire and prolonging the service life of the spring;
(3) Mechanical peeling+sand belt treatment+online coating, but the cost of sand belt is relatively high, but it is more environmentally friendly;
(4) Tunnel type enclosed acid cleaning system, which is also a surface treatment for the entire roll, but has a high level of automation. The wire rods are cleaned step by step in the pool of the enclosed tunnel kiln, with a high utilization rate of acid, but with a large investment. A production line with an annual output of 100000 tons has an investment of up to 6 million yuan
